Job description
We are seeking an associate to represent clients at all levels of Court across Alberta in a team environment. The role involves legal research, drafting documents, maintaining files, and providing family law advice.
Hard requirements
  • Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school or Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation
  • Must be an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
  • Minimum of two years of experience
  • Ideal candidate has appeared at different levels of court and various types of hearings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • At least two independent references must be provided
Pay & benefits
  • Starting at $110,000 per year, commission-based
  • Pay range: $110,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
