Job description

The Outside Sales Representative identifies and secures new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships. This role involves prospecting, negotiating rates, and closing new business to drive revenue growth.

Hard requirements

Strong understanding of B2B sales and ideally experience in transportation, logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain industry
Hunter mentality with ability to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independence and accountability to manage a territory with minimal supervision
Team-oriented approach to collaborate effectively with internal departments
