Job description
Oversees daily operations, production schedules, and inventory for a department with $1.5M-$8M budget responsibility while supervising 16-20 employees in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3 to less than 5 years of industry experience in fabricated metal, furniture/fixtures, or primary metal.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Willing to travel regularly
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check
- Knowledge of Word processing, database, inventory control software, email, spreadsheets, MS Windows, and MS Excel
