Job description
BRSI is hiring a Co-ordinator of Program Services for a full-time position to oversee residential, day program, and support services for individuals with disabilities. The role involves the design, application, and supervision of developmental programs and requires leadership and decision-making skills.
Hard requirements
- Considerable knowledge of principles of learning and behavior and ethical standards for behavioral programs
- Knowledge of functional and adaptive behavior assessments and trends in intellectual disabilities
- Experience or formal training in designing, applying, and supervising developmental programs
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal, instructional, and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently with individuals and groups
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR & 1st Aide certification
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector required
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related discipline with emphasis in learning/behavioral psychology, or equivalent combination of experience and formal training including CLD Level II and III
