Job description
The Maintenance Millwright maintains all equipment to required standards and provides support for preventive and failure-based maintenance at the ADM Midland, Ontario flour mill. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical failures, repairing and rebuilding equipment, and recommending changes to improve machine reliability.
Hard requirements
- Industrial mechanic (millwright) trade certification
- Two (2) years of experience with High-speed production
- Strong knowledge of OHSA standards, GMP's, HACCP and food/feed safety standards
- Experience with coupling alignments, conveyors, safe rigging practices, hydraulics, cutting, grinding, and welding
- Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures and dusty conditions
- Authorization to legally work in Canada

Work format
- Full Time, Hourly
- Unionized position involving shift work, some weekend work, and after-hours call outs
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, eight (8) hour shifts, 8:00AM to 4:00PM
