Job description
Establish work schedules and supervise 5-10 people in a noisy, dusty environment. Prepare reports, requisition materials, set up machines, and recommend measures to improve productivity.
Hard requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months experience
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical capability for manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye co-ordination
  • Personal suitability traits: flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player skills
