Engineering Operations Trainee role offering a comprehensive 18-month training program to understand operations and processes at Bunge facilities, leading to potential full-time positions in Engineering, Supervision, Maintenance, or Environmental Health & Safety.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor?s Degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering from a four-year accredited college or university
- 0+ years of experience
- Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities and/or business demands is required
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized, goal oriented and self-directed
- Demonstrates mechanical and analytical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard PC applications
- Collaborative team player
- Commitment to supply safe food and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
