brick and stone mason
Duties
Masons prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units, read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required, cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools, and lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years experience
Pay & benefits
- $38/hr
Work format
- On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
