Job description
The Lead Financial Analyst serves as a strategic financial business partner who bridges financial rigor with manufacturing reality to drive profitability and competitive bidding. This role leads the digitization and automation of financial models to streamline global budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
Hard requirements
  • Experience operating with a corporate ownership mindset
  • Ability to bridge financial rigor, shop-floor manufacturing reality, and executive strategy
  • Proficiency in driving profitability, cost leadership, and competitive commercial bidding
  • Skill in leading digitization, automation, and advanced AI integration of financial models
  • Capability to optimize multi-scenario competitive bidding cost models using localized operational data
  • Experience tracking product costs and gross margins across the entire product lifecycle (NPV, Payback, ROI)
  • Ability to conduct rigorous reviews of commercial engineering assumptions
  • Skill in deconstructing complex Bills of Materials (BOM) for cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging proprietary corporate metrics to define market strategies
  • Capability to serve as a global coordinator between regional Financial PMOs and local plants
  • Experience researching and developing sophisticated data analytics models for granular analysis
