Job description
Instruct student pilots in flying procedures and ground-school subjects while training licensed pilots for additional certification. Conduct pre-flight inspections, coordinate flight activities with air traffic control, and prepare evaluation reports.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Commercial Pilot Licence - fixed wing
- Transport Canada flight instructor rating
- Airline Pilot Transport Licence - fixed wing
- Flight instructor ratings in General flight and Airplane
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Organized, team player, accurate, client focus, initiative, judgement, reliability
Pay & benefits
- $56–$57/hr
