Job description
Interview clients to obtain employment history and career goals, assess problems, and identify barriers to employment. Assist clients with job readiness skills, resume writing, and interview preparation while collecting labour market information.
Hard requirements
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in fields such as adult education administration, human services, social work, public administration, development economics, mental/social health services, or human resources management.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
