Employer Job Offer streams: candidates invited in the Greater Toronto Area ( GTA )

On April 30, 2026, we issued 1063 invitations to apply to candidates who may qualify under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker or International Student streams. Candidates must currently reside in Canada with a valid work or study permit and have a job offer in the Greater Toronto Area ( GTA ).

The Greater Toronto Area ( GTA ) includes the following Census Divisions: Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto, and York.

Candidates with a score of 57 and above received an invitation under the Foreign Worker stream. Candidates must have a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification ( NOC ) codes:

• NOC 00012 – Senior managers – financial, communications and other business services

• NOC 00013 – Senior managers – health, education, social and community services and membership organizations

• NOC 10011 – Human resources managers

• NOC 10019 – Other administrative services managers

Eligible profiles must have been created and attested to by April 28, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

• Your employer must review the employer guide and submit their application within 14 calendar days.

• Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal and click the newly created file number with the prefix JOXX. You must submit your application and payment within 17 calendar days from the date we issued the invitation.
