Employer Job Offer streams: candidates invited in Southwestern Ontario

On April 23, 2026, we issued 886 invitations to apply to candidates who may qualify under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker , nternational Student or In-Demand Skills streams . Candidates must currently reside in Canada with a valid work or study permit and have a job offer in Southwestern Ontario.

Southwestern Ontario includes the following Census Divisions: Brant, Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Elgin, Essex, Haldimand-Norfolk, Hamilton, Hamilton-Wentworth, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, Niagara, Oxford, and Perth.

Candidates with a score of 60 and above received an invitation under the Foreign Worker stream. Candidates must have a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification ( NOC ) codes:

• NOC 00012 – Senior managers – financial, communications and other business services

• NOC 00013 – Senior managers – health, education, social and community services and membership organizations

• NOC 00014 – Senior managers – trade, broadcasting and other services, n.e.c.

• NOC 10010 – Financial managers

Eligible profiles must have been created and attested to by April 21, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

To apply:

• Review the Employer Job Offer stream page to determine if you meet the requirements and ensure you have the mandatory documents .

• Your employer must review the employer guide and submit their application within 14 calendar days.

• Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal and click the newly created file number with the prefix JOXX . You must submit your application and payment within 17 calendar days from the date we issued the invitation.
